After enabling this code, go to the car person that you talk to in order to race. Use the Tractor Beam and you will pick him up. Then, go to the clowns and they will steal him from you. You can also do this with the other clown.

Glitch: Walk in mid-air:Enable the "Low gravity", "Super double jump", and the "Super jump" codes and go to the Paint Misbehavin level. Go to the area where you have to dodge the bee and grab the handles and get to the top. Once at the top, stand in front of the brick wall and double jump towards it. You will be walking in mid-air.
